This is a retro release of one of the four original (OG) colorways of the Air Jordan 5 from 1990. It features a clean White leather upper with the signature clear mesh netting on the side panels. The color-blocking is defined by the bold Black midsole, which is accented with the prominent Fire Red shark-tooth design. The Fire Red color is also used on the inner lining and the Jumpman logo on the tongue. Crucially, this 2006 release is characterized by the presence of a Black embroidered '23' on the heel, which was a feature on the original 1990 model but is often omitted or changed in different retro years.
