This sneaker is a collaboration with the Livestrong Foundation and renowned Los Angeles tattoo artist Mister Cartoon. It features a black leather upper with laser-etched original artwork by Cartoon covering much of the shoe. This version reworks the original Mr. Cartoon AF1 to feature Livestrong's signature varsity maize yellow on the branding and outsole, with white accents on the laces and midsole. It also includes "LA" lettering on the lateral heel and a Livestrong tongue tag.
