This Air Jordan 14 was designed by Ethan Ellis, a patient at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, as part of the annual Freestyle Collection. The design features a black nubuck upper contrasted with Court Purple panels that have a reptilian texture, paying tribute to his favorite team, the TCU Horned Frogs. Personal details include the number '6' on the right heel, representing his heart surgeries, and a depiction of the Seattle Space Needle on the left heel, referencing a care center he visited. The laces feature the names of hospitals that provided his care, and the translucent outsole is adorned with a heart rhythm pattern.
