Designed by 14-year-old Elijah Diggins, a patient who battled Burkitt leukemia. The sneaker features a Challenge Red Foamposite shell with a bold graphic print throughout, representing his rare form of blood cancer and his favorite basketball team. The design incorporates personal details, including his signature on the heel pull-tab and his "ED" logo on the synthetic strap. The tongue features a black mesh construction with a Challenge Red accent line leading up to a Japanese character symbolizing "strength." The translucent outsole transitions from black on the lateral side to red on the medial side, with a custom insole graphic inspired by a silver bracelet gifted to him by his parents, symbolizing connection and strength.
