The sneaker features a bold, two-tone leather upper in Team Orange and a contrasting color. It is distinguished by a textured, metallic gold treatment on the Swoosh and the heel tab. The design, created by then 11-year-old patient Tony Signorelli for the annual Doernbecher Freestyle program, includes his personal mottos, "Think Positive" and "Positive Happens," printed on alternating toe boxes to inspire positivity.
