This shoe is a special QuickStrike (QS) release and is notable for being the first Nike shoe to integrate NikeConnect technology. The classic all-white leather upper remains true to the Air Force 1's iconic design. The unique feature is a Near-Field Communication (NFC) chip embedded in the shoe, which allowed Nike+ app users to scan it and gain access to "The Choice"—an exclusive program offering the chance to purchase one of two limited-edition shoes monthly.
