This sneaker is the first Air Jordan 1 released as part of the partnership with the French football club Paris Saint-Germain. The design draws inspiration from the team's home kit. The upper is constructed with all-black material, predominantly featuring stretchy neoprene for the body and toebox, accented by smooth leather overlays and a leather Swoosh. This gives the shoe a sleek, monochromatic look. Branding details include two thin vertical stripes in Challenge Red, black, and white on the midsole—a nod to the club's iconic vertical striping on their jerseys. The PSG club crest is featured on the underside of the tongue tag, and the insole is printed with the club's slogan, "ICI C'EST PARIS" (This is Paris).
