Designed by Tinker Hatfield for the 2016 Air Max Day HTM collection, this is a special-edition hybrid combining the Air Max 90 Ultra with the high-top ankle collar of the Mercurial Superfly soccer boot. The upper is constructed from Black and Dark Grey textile and synthetic materials, with the colorway incorporating subtle red and blue accents on the branding and air unit, which is noted to be inspired by the French flag. The shoe sits on a lightweight Air Max 90 Ultra sole unit.
