The Air Jordan 5 Retro Low 'Chinese New Year' (2021) was released to celebrate the holiday, drawing inspiration from celebratory temple fairs and firecrackers. Its most distinctive feature is the Sail-colored textile upper that is designed to be a tear-away canvas, which, when removed, exposes a vibrant, multi-color firecracker-inspired graphic pattern underneath.
