This is the 2003 retro release of the Air Jordan 8 in the iconic "Chrome" colorway, notable for being one of the first non-original colorways of the silhouette. The shoe features an almost entirely Black durabuck (synthetic nubuck) upper, providing a sleek, dark look. The colorway's name comes from the striking Chrome metallic finish on the adjustable cross-strap buckles and the Jumpman logo on the tongue. Grey and White accents are subtly used on the brush-stroke pattern on the heel counter and the outsole, adding depth to the otherwise murdered-out aesthetic.
