This Air Jordan 6 Retro is the result of a collaboration with Charlotte-based boutique Social Status and was released as part of the NBA All-Star Weekend festivities in Charlotte. The shoe features a luxurious, elevated upper with a black glossy reptilian-print leather base and black pony hair overlays on the toe box, collar, and heel. The design is contrasted by pops of Dark Concord (purple) on the heel pull tab, the midsole, and the lace lock. It features a translucent outsole and 'Nike Air' branding on the heel, a detail typically reserved for original colorway re-releases, which adds to its premium and exclusive nature.
