This sneaker is the original, highly exclusive edition of the 'Midnight Navy' colorway. It was part of the '2001 Addition' (or 'Japan Addition') pack, which pioneered the concept of Japan-exclusive limited-edition Air Jordans. The shoe features a White tumbled leather base with rich Midnight Navy suede overlays. The most distinguishing features are the Metallic Silver accents on the Nike Swoosh and the Wings logo on the ankle. Each pair was individually numbered out of 3,000 on the inner tongue tag, making them a significant collector's item. They were also packaged in a special "Japan Addition" box and included a silver Jumpman keychain and retro card.
