This is the 2009 re-release of the legendary "Space Jam" colorway, a shoe Michael Jordan wore in the 1996 film Space Jam and the 1995 NBA Playoffs. The sneaker features an all-black upper constructed with ballistic mesh and the iconic black patent leather mudguard. Varsity Royal (blue) accents appear on the Jumpman logo near the collar and on the tongue tab, contrasting with the black upper and white midsole. The shoe is finished with a translucent outsole, which typically takes on a slight blue tint. This 2009 version is often noted for having a lower-cut patent leather on the mudguard compared to the later 2016 retro.
