This model is the 2004 retro of the original 1998 colorway that Michael Jordan wore during his final season with the Chicago Bulls. The "Bred" (Black and Red) design features a black leather toe box and a black reflective mesh upper over the side panels, which is a key feature of this release. The heel and mudguard are wrapped in Varsity Red suede. The white 'paw-like' pods on the black rubber outsole provide contrast and are a nod to the shoe's "Black Cat" inspiration. It retains the signature holographic 'cat eye' emblem on the ankle.
